Let’s make Pizza

Ingredients:
FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH
3 cups / 360 g SPAR Bread Flour
3 teaspoons SPAR Baking Powder
1 ½ cups / 375 ml SPAR Plain Yoghurt

FOR THE PIZZA SAUCE
2 teaspoons / 10 ml SPAR Oil
1 can SPAR Tomato & Onion Mix
1 teaspoon SPAR Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1 teaspoon mixed Herbs
Salt to taste

Instructions:
FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH
Add flour and yoghurt in a bowl and mix together. Knead lightly to form a soft dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.

MAKE THE PIZZA SAUCE
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Let it simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, until reduced and thickened. Press the mixture with a fork until it reaches a finer consistency / use stick blender.

ROLL OUT, ADD SAUCE, TOPPINGS AND BAKE
After 15 minutes, divide the dough into 2 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a 25cm circle. Place onto a greased baking tray. Spread the sauce over pressed pizza dough. Add cheese and toppings of your choice. Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
