Orange and Chutney Chicken

Ingredients
1.25 kg SPAR Chicken Braai Pack
5ml SPAR Chicken Spice
250ml SPAR Orange Juice
250ml SPAR Chutney
125ml SPAR Mayonnaise
15ml SPAR Wheat Cake Flour

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Arrange the chicken pieces in a shallow oven proof dish. Sprinkle with chicken spice.
Combine the orange juice, chutney, mayonnaise and cake flour.
Pour over the chicken and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until nicely browned and cooked through.
